The Relief Society Christmas Dinner will be on Thursday, December 2, at 7 PM.
We need your help:
For part of the activity, we will be writing cards to send to missionaries and ward members serving in the military or who are away from home for the holidays. If you have any unused Christmas cards from previous years that you would be willing to donate, please bring them to church and give them to a member of the Relief Society Presidency before December 2.
If you have anything that represents Nauvoo or the pioneers, we would love for you to display it during our activity. Please let Jenny Wright, or any member of the Relief Society Presidency know what you will be bringing and feel free to write a note about your object or objects.
We will need help cooking for the dinner. All ingredients and recipes will be provided. We will need 6 sisters to make stew and 4 or 5 sisters to make cornbread. If you are interested, there will be a sign-up sheet in the binders on Sunday.
